ALLERGEN & INGREDIENTS INFORMATION

Our allergen information is currently being updated, please ask your server if you have an allergen concern or request.

The ‘allergens guide’ document provides a list of the allergens for items available from our café
menus. Allergens are listed across the top of the page for ease of reference, with the 14 required
declarable allergens shown. If an item contains the applicable allergen ingredient, the allergen box
will be highlighted in red. If an item contains ‘cereals containing gluten’ and/or ‘nuts’ the specific
allergen ingredient will be referenced.

Allergen information detailed in the table is derived from specifications obtained from the suppliers
of our products. Please note; recipes and ingredients change from time to time, please reference
our allergen statement below and please always discuss allergens with our servers to check.
For our ingredients listing outside of the 14 allergens, please check the ‘ingredients list’ document,
which contains a list of our menu products and their ingredients.

INN ON THE PARK ALLERGEN STATEMENT

Inn on the Park take allergens very seriously. Please discuss allergens with your server at the time
of order to ensure every precaution is taken.

Please be advised our food is prepared in a kitchen where allergens are handled alongside allergen
free ingredients. Equipment is shared and cross contamination managed, but can not be
guaranteed due to the high risk of contamination. For these reasons we can not guarantee that any
prepared food item can be completely free of allergens.

Please note our VEGAN items follow vegan recipes but remain NOT suitable for those with
dairy/egg allergies.
